CSG's success has come one client at a time. Over the years, we have developed an internal order process that allows us to seamlessly manage your project(s) regardless of where in the world your jobsite is located. Our process is built around our team specialization, with each of our team members being responsible for a key portion of the project. Our process begins with selecting personnel from our team that match your project's requirements. Our team areas of responsibility are:
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES - CSG assigns an Account Executive who's job is to professionally monitor and manage the business relationship between that client, CSG, and the factories involved in the project.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM - CSG also assigns a Project Management Team which consists of both a Project Coordinator and an Installation Manager to assist during the term of the project.
INTERIOR DESIGN & PLANNING TEAM - CSG's Design Staff and Space Planners will provide the following services:
The CSG Account Executive manages the business relationship between the client, CSG, and the factories involved in the project(s). Additionally, the Account Executive's responsibilities are to:
Identify and define the client's needs and expectations, to develop and communicate multiple solutions to address those needs, and to formulate business proposals to implement solutions.
Assemble, coordinate, and manage, CSG resources including but not limited to project management, customer service, design and installation.
Maintain ongoing communications with the client through all phases of the project process, including contract processing, product/service delivery, installation and payment to ensure ongoing client satisfaction, and maintenance of continued strong business relations.
Each CSG client is assigned a Project Coordinator who works on behalf of the client during the term of the project. The Project Coordinator's responsibilities are to:
Electronically transmit orders to the factory(s), and review and proof orders for accuracy.
Act as the day-to-day point of contact related to all "in-process" orders.
Provide on-going regular communication regarding schedules and updates to all parties involved in a project.
Coordinate all logistics related to processing the order(s), including creating contracts, obtaining required signatures on project documents, scheduling installation dates and times, providing required insurance documentation, etc...
Each CSG client is assigned a Installation Manager who works on behalf of the client during the term of the project. The Instalation Manager's responsibilities are to:
Act as the CSG point of contact at the installation site, coordinating communication and schedules between client, installation vendor, and other project trades.
Oversee and manage performance of Installation vendors.
Immediately troubleshoot any installation or project related issues discovered at the jobsite.
The CSG Design Staff consists of professionals with a degree or equivalency in Interior Design or a related field, and is equipped with AutoCAD, as well as numerous product specification applications.
During the course of a project, a ll orders are specified using computer-aided design and specification tools, which enable CSG to assign product, and detail attributes to each item on the furniture plan. When the design is finalized, a full list of specifications and prices is generated automatically.
CSG then electronically transfers all product data to our order-management system. This system allows for mass loading of item pricing, finishes, shipping information, and manufacturer contract information. Placing of the order with the manufacturer is a one-step process upon issuance of the client purchase order. This streamlined approach results in the quickest possible turn-around time for all projects.
